I graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Government. I received a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University. Through my experience as a park ranger, photographer, and firefighter/EMT, I have gained skills working with a wide variety of people in a variety of situations. I have found that quality assurance, training, and human relations are a passion of mine.

I also have experience with employee evaluations and quality assurance audits that lead to working with the employee to make corrections to performance in a positive manner.

Throughout my work as a park ranger, photographer, and firefighter/EMT, I found my calling to be working with people. A positive work environment and open working relationship between employer and employees is so important to me. I love to be in a position where I can help facilitate that positive environment and working relationship.
